Shipping Policy

We aim to make shipping simple, reliable, and affordable for all our customers.

Shipping Fee
A flat rate of £2.95 applies to all orders, regardless of quantity or size. No hidden charges, no surprises at checkout.

Delivery Area
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international delivery at this time.

Dispatch Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed after 2 PM may be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. In most cases, your parcel will arrive sooner. During peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer due to courier volume.

Courier Partners
We work with reliable UK-based carriers to ensure fast and trackable delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Missed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier using the tracking information provided.

Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout. Kids Vault is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Warehouse Origin
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Tai Po District, Hong Kong, unless otherwise noted. We maintain an optimized UK delivery route to ensure reliable fulfillment despite overseas warehousing.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your package is shipped. If you do not receive it within 48 hours of ordering, please contact us at support@kidsvault.uk.

Delays or Issues
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please reach out to our support team so we can investigate with the courier.
