We want you to shop with confidence at Kids Vault. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or returned after the 30-day window may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@kidsvault.uk with your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo of the product (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the return process, including where to send your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, clearance items marked “final sale,” and any personalized or hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrived damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve the matter promptly with a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or provider, the refund may take a few more days to appear.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order separately. We process exchanges as new transactions to ensure faster service and availability.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check your bank or card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@kidsvault.uk and we’ll help you track it.
