1. Where is Kids Vault based?
We are a UK-registered business located at 52 Brownlow Rd, London City, E8 4NR. Our main warehouse operates from Tai Po District, Hong Kong, which allows us to offer a wide variety of exciting products sourced globally.

2. How much is shipping?
We charge a flat shipping fee of £2.95 for all UK orders, no matter the quantity or size. No hidden fees, ever.

3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days, and standard UK delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship to UK addresses only.

5. How do I track my order?
After dispatch, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. If you didn’t receive it within 48 hours of your order, check your spam folder or contact us at support@kidsvault.uk.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All payments are secure and processed in GBP (£).

7. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@kidsvault.uk. We’ll do our best to make changes or cancel the order before it’s dispatched.

8. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect. 

9. How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

10. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.

11. Are your products safe for kids?
Absolutely. We only stock products that meet our internal quality standards. However, please always review age recommendations and supervise young children when using toys or accessories.
